Launching

Cream (CRM) — an experimental digital currency

Cream enables instant payments to anyone, anywhere in the world. It uses peer-to-peer technology to operate with no central authority: the network itself carries the transactions and issues the coin.

Peer-to-peer

Payments move directly between wallets. There is no company in the middle to approve a transfer, freeze a balance, or decide who is allowed an account.

Instant

A transfer is a broadcast, not a request. It leaves your wallet the moment you sign it, at any hour, on any day, to anywhere the network reaches.

No central authority

Rules are enforced by the nodes running the software rather than by an institution. Nobody can quietly change the supply or rewrite what already happened.

What launching means

Cream is at the stage before a network exists in public: the coin is being prepared for launch, not traded. In practice a launch is four things happening in order, and none of them can be faked.

  1. The client is published. Open source, so anyone can read what the rules actually are instead of taking a description on trust.
  2. Nodes come up. A chain with one operator is a database. It becomes a network when independent machines run it and agree.
  3. The genesis block is mined. The first block fixes the starting state in the open, where it can be checked afterwards.
  4. Wallets and explorers follow. Until you can hold the coin and look up a transaction yourself, nothing is verifiable.

Before you ask

There is nothing to buy. No presale, no token sale, no allocations, no whitelist and no wallet to connect. Anyone offering you Cream today is selling something that does not exist yet, and this site will never ask you for money or for a seed phrase.
